UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Standard 2 to 5 Working Days Delivery – FREE over £50 (Depending on the Postcode area)

Standard 2 to 5 Working Days Delivery – From £3.95 to £11 (Depending on Postcode area) for orders under £50.

When you see the “Backorder” sign on your goods, we will endeavour to deliver them asap, our Customer Services Team will email you with delivery lead times. 

UK HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

PREMIUM UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Delivered the next working day after placing your order, as long as it is placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

You will also receive a 1-hour window in which your parcel will be delivered. So you don’t have to wait in all day!

Your delivery may require a signature on arrival. Next-day delivery is not applicable for orders with embroidery. Please allow up to 2 to 5 working days for embroidery orders to be dispatched.

EUROPE DELIVERY

When you order goods from this website for EU delivery, to save on extra Tax & Customs charges, your order will be sent from our Portuguese warehouse for processing (please note that some UK products are not available in the EU) We will contact you asap with details and delivery lead times. 

BACK-ORDER (RESERVE & PAY)

Pre-order your out-of-stock items on the product page to secure your purchase. Orders are dispatched via next-day DPD delivery in mainland UK once back in stock.

How It Works:

1. Place Your Order: Payment is processed when you order.
2. Shipping Options: If combining in-stock and reserved items, the whole order ships together unless you email us to request separate delivery.
3. Updates: We’ll email you with delivery dates and keep you informed of any changes.
4. Fulfillment: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it ships within 1–2 working days.
5. Refunds/Exchanges: If your pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we’ll offer an upgrade, refund or replacement.

COLLECT FROM STORE

We have retail outlets in Banstead, Byfleet, and Richmond in the UK and Internationally at Nice and Paris in France, Malaga in Spain and Brussels in Belgium. Should you live locally to one of our stores, you can collect your order there, free of delivery charge.

Order for store collection must be placed 2 working days before the collection date.
